Ignatian Spirituality
Aims to foster our relationship with Christ and to bring that relationship into our daily life. Its great theme is ‘Finding God in all things’.

Ignatian spirituality also encourages us to work with Christ for a better world.

To help us to do this we offer the following variety of experiences bearing in mind ‘It is not much knowledge that fills and satisfies the soul but the intimate understanding and relish of things’ (St. Ignatius in the Spiritual Exercises para 2). Therefore these courses and workshops are informative, exploratory, interactive and reflective.
“To grow more fully into our true selves is to grow more fully into God.”

Programme for 2010-2011

Saturday Workshops

Full detailed list of all Saturday workshops.

Most of these workshops run 11am-4pm. Please arrive from 10.30 am for coffee – the workshops start promptly at 11am.

As an experiment, we are starting a few by joining the usual 11am mass in the church and integrating the theme of the workshop into the mass. However you are still welcome to join the workshop at 11.30. These days will end at 4.30pm. Bring a packed lunch; drinks are provided.

The second Saturday of every month is an Ignatian Prayer Day. These are days of prayer run in an Ignatian way, in which there is a talk, time for personal prayer and the opportunity to listen to each other, ending with the mass of the Sunday. There is no need to book for Ignatian days, just come along.
