This very successful course, which has been running here for the past six years, offers experiences of different ways of praying, reflecting and listening, so as to foster the connection between life and prayer. It is an opportunity to discover and develop our understanding of the spirituality taught by St Ignatius of Loyola, that of ‘Finding God in all Things’ and it is experiential, based on the premise that you can only experience Ignatian Spirituality, you cannot be taught it. During 39 sessions there will be instruction and practice on Methods of Prayer, Listening skills, Images of God and Self, the Ignatian Rules of Discernment, a short one-to-one Retreat in Daily Life, Spiritual Conversation and Christian Decision Making.
