Emotional Intelligence
COURSE NOW FULL
Kit Dollard
Spirituality is ‘seeking holiness in life’ (Thomas Groome) and one associated idea - ‘wholeness’ ‘integrity’ or ‘health’ - is an integral part of our yearning for spiritual growth. Emotional Intelligence can help here and is one way of understanding how we can accept, control and express our emotions within a recognised scientific framework. With this understanding can come forgiveness, healing and love. Without it we risk impoverishing our emotional development and our spirituality.
In this workshop we aim to gain an increased understanding of ourselves and how Emotional Intelligence relates to our lives. To see how this understanding can help us to build our spirituality and so become more rounded, more complete, as God intended us to be. And we aim to enjoy ourselves.
