Finding God in our Daily Lives
A practical sequence of Ignatian Spiritual Exercises
Billy Hewett SJ
7th January 2012
Exploring ways of letting God relate to us and us to God in every breath we breathe, reflecting on our inner awareness and outer experience and visa-versa. Exploring ways to re-member our lives in special detail, to live our lives in the present moment in the presence of Christ, who adopts us into His life with the Father and the Spirit now.
Absolute beginners are welcome no previous experience of any Ignatian spirituality is presumed or required, but those experienced in Ignatian spirituality will also find the day helpful and renewing.
The only condition is to arrive in good time, the day is a sequence which will only make sense if the whole four hours are attended.
You are invited to participate at whatever depth you choose, your freedom is respected at every level, your response within the group at every stage is your own liberating responsibility.
