Getting to Grips with Group Dynamics

Margaret Philpot

7th July 2012

By chance or design, we have all been members of groups throughout our lives. Of course, groups vary in their composition, purpose and in the way they function.

Some of us will want to lead groups, others are willing to be led and to play our part, and although many people find working in groups fascinating and challenging, it is not unusual to find the involvement quite threatening.

Participants on this workshop will be invited to listen, to learn, and to share their experiences of "group life" - or not!
