Lent Retreat in Daily Life (RDL)

Lent is an opportunity to review our lives and develop our relationship with God. This Retreat in Daily Life is an opportunity to meet one to one with a trained prayer companion once a week at a time of your choice: morning, afternoon or evening. You will be offered some prayer material and invited to pray for 30mins each day. Obviously, each individual has their own relationship with God. Talking about your prayer to a prayer guide is a way of developing this relationship.

Lynne Galloway is the Mount Street Jesuit Centre manager and has been working in the field of spirituality for many years, running retreats, workshops and accompanying individuals on their journey to God as a spiritual director.
