Living with Stress
Margaret Philpot
21st April 2012
One definition of stress is: "...a process of mental, physical and emotional reactions, caused by a significant increase in pressures without the strengthening of coping resources".
Stress is however a universal element of humanity without which life would be boring, and without the challenge involved there would probably be no development or change in the human condition.
What causes excessive stress in each one of us varies. During this workshop we shall explore both the negative patterns which cause us problems, and the energy and resources we all possess, to give us a more positive approach to the subject.
