SPIRITUAL DIRECTION/GUIDANCE:

What is this? An opportunity to meet one to one with someone trained in spiritual direction or guidance to share your thoughts and reflections about your faith journey. It is a sacred and secure space where you will be listened to reflectively, where spiritual companionship, not fixing, is offered.

There are no requirements other than an open heart. So, if attending any of our events leaves you wishing you had someone to talk things through with, then this could be for you. Traditionally people meet with a spiritual director every 6-8 weeks for about an hour. How is it arranged? We have developed a local network of spiritual guides to whom we are able to refer people.
