Church-State Relations - Christianity and the Law in the EU

This course will look at the impact of the European Court of Human Rights and the issues which have impacted on Christianity and religious matters. Recent court cases will be examined with a view to becoming more informed of the way in which the European Convention on Human Rights is dealing with religions.
